Beaconsfield JFC are excited to announce that we will be partnering with the Beehive Foundation. Over a 3-year period they will work with our coaching teams to build positive experiences for players and club volunteers alike. In what will be an extensive and innovative development program, the coaching team will be empowered to continue to build a fair and safe environment within the club that will help develop important life skills in young players to help them achieve their full potential both on and off the field.

Melbourne Demons Training

On Wednesday night, 2 Melbourne Football Club players, Billy Stretch(#15) and Alex Neal-Bullen (#30) took training for our two Under 11 teams at Holm Park.
The boys trained very well and listened to everything that was said.
After training Billy and Alex answered questions from the boys and then signed autographs.
It was a great night.
Thanks to Jarret Drake for organising the players

Youth Awareness Evening 2016

WOW! What a fantastic turn out for our very 1st Youth Awareness Evening last night held at Holm Park Res in the function room. Over 140+ players/members embraced and respectfully listened for 3 hours as our brilliant presenters shared stories and gave us a realistic insight & advice to our U14,U15,U17 & Youth Girl players about the effects of Bullying and choices & consequences of poor decision making. It was a fabulous success and will now be a strong feature on the Beacy JFC calendar each year.

With sincere gratitude, we extend a special Thankyou to our presenters; Bully Zero Australia Foundation - Oscar Yildiz & to Ali Halkic for his brave & inspiring story about his son; Allem Halkic Memorial Page and to Jacinta Studham from Galbally & O’Bryan Lawyers

A special mention to our sponsors – Andrew Savige from Bakers DelightBerwick Marketplace & Parkhill for donating supper & Elaina Haig from Drive 2 Drive for donating 2 x $80 driving lessons.

Our President; Troy Robinson deserves many thanks for his initiative in organising such a worthwhile event for our club members. To our Leadership academy helpers; Jack Hornstra, Max Schinner and Tyson Robinson for assisting with set up and the many other helpers at pack up – Thankyou! Without our wonderful Committee of volunteers; events like this would not be possible so a sincere Thank you!

The conduct of our players was impressive and respectful. They were a credit to their parents & adult mentors. It was highlighted how attentive they were so as a club; we are very proud of our young men & women. Well done!

We welcome any feedback from the night

We look forward to future association with the Bully Zero Australia Foundation - “A safer nation for every generation”
